  • Firebreak Compliance – Check with your local government to determine what your firebreak requirements are. Firebreaks must be maintained and installed by a set date each year. The importance of firebreaks is not necessarily to “break” or “stop” a fire but they can slow the rate of spread of a fire, provide access for fire crews, and provide a safe edge to burn back from if the conditions are suitable.
